Doe anyone know if IS has a promo code for July? The current one expires in a few days. I didn't see an email from them but may have missed it.

The only one I have expires on June 30.

I've seen one from the Dublin Writer's Conference that's supposed to be valid for the entire year: SPARKUK18, You could give that a try. Or you could join ALLi; they have a more or less permanent IS discount code.
