Re: [Satisfaction Guarantee] for KDP Print?

I thought that you had transferred your catalogue to IS? I am about to publish my first book with them.

Re: [Satisfaction Guarantee] for KDP Print?

Like you Dan'l, I was unable to find any satisfaction guarantee listed anywhere. I will say, though, that there is a contact us button on the KDP site and every time I have contacted them over something, they have responded within 24 hours like they say they will.

Re: [D2D] New POD for paperbacks

Hi Stacey and Sarah,
I have since learned that D2D will not have their own print facilities, that they will be outsourcing, most likely, to IS. No point in using them in that scenario. More advantageous to go directly through IS for me.

[D2D] New POD for paperbacks

Draft 2 Digital have announced alpha testing of their new program for paperbacks. I will be very interested to see if they ship proofs and author copies to Australia. I will be using IS for my next three novels(all due for release in the next 2-3 months), as I have purchased a block of ten ISBNs and...

Re: [warning move CS to KDP] different set of rules

You are quite right. Some of the CS generated material is not compatible with KDP like a cover made with CS's Cover Creator. However, it is purportedly, only a problem if you access the files or make changes. Just recently, I sold three paperbacks through KDP after having my files transferred. I am ...

Re: [spammed private messages] Deleting private messages

I haven't come across the problem myself. Always managed to get rid of the messages. Mind you, as a Moderator, when I removed spam on the board for that day, the notifications/messages were deleted along with them. You may have to PM Walton if the problem persists. Moderators do not have access to y...

[KBOARDS] Refugees from Kboards

To members who have migrated here from KBoards. If you have asked the mods there to delete your account and your posts, apparently the mods are unable to perform that task completely. The information goes into a bin(storage). If you wish to have everything removed you are advised to do the following...

[Author Central] Reviews.

I have lost my few reviews from my Author Central account, yet they appear to remain with my listed books on their sale sites, so not panicking. Anyone else have this happen? Explanation given? I am wondering if my account with Book Report has anything to do with it. My reviews turned up there when ...

Another KB refugee here. It was time for something new and different anyway.
